Service Agreement
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and modify the images or materials provided to us.
- You must provide clear and complete instructions for your project.
- Work will only begin after payment (full or partial as agreed) is received.
Payments
- All prices are stated in [currency] and must be paid through the methods specified on our website or invoice.
- Full payment must be made before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Revisions
- We offer revisions as per the service package or custom agreement.
- Revisions must be requested within 2 days after delivery.
- Major changes outside the original brief will be subject to additional fees.
Delivery
- Final files will be delivered digitally via email, file-sharing services, or your client portal.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by late client responses or incomplete instructions.
Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy (available at https://phototheedit.com/refund-policy/) applies to all orders. Refunds will only be issued under the circumstances stated in that policy.
Ownership & Copyright
- You retain copyright of your original files.
- Upon full payment, you will receive rights to the final edited or designed work as agreed.
- We reserve the right to display completed works in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
Prohibited Content
We do not accept projects that involve:
- Illegal content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Hateful, discriminatory, or violent imagery
- Content that infringes on third-party rights
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- It is the client’s responsibility to back up all files after delivery.
Confidentiality
All client files and information are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete the project or by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
